Core Team and Other Responsibilities

Each core team member is responsible for specific aspects of church life. This is the person you should talk to first for information, suggestions, quick decisions and offers of help:

-          Gathered Church: Jo Wood

-          Cells: Rick Hartwig (Rick jointly co-ordinates cells with Sue Armstrong)

-          Children: Ian Tyler

-          Pinehurst: Robert Armstrong

We also have designated points of contact for leadership roles beyond the core team and in some cases beyond our church:

-          Worship: Stewart Pepper (core team: Jo Wood)

-          Website/Admin: Colin Tyne (core team: Jo Wood)

-          Pre-school: Sue Armstrong (core team: Robert Armstrong)

-          Finance: Simon Pattison (core team: Robert Armstrong)

-          Future Hope: Mark Wood (core team: Ian Tyler)

-          Young Life: Michael Hunter (core team: Rick Hartwig)

The aim of assigning individual responsibilities is to ensure that sufficient time and energy is devoted to key aspects of church life. We are conscious that responsibility for one key area has not yet been assigned: corporate prayer. We could assign this to a core team member but we feel that it might better sit with someone else in the church. Please prayerfully consider whether this might be you.
